Artwork must be approved by True Charity. Artwork submissions are due no later than Friday, March 6th.

FAQ and Contact Information

Can I customize a package to suit my company’s goals better?

Absolutely! We will help you create a package with the most helpful benefits at a price point that works for you. Email our Events Director, Savannah Aleckson, to get started.

I just want to help, but I don’t have a brand that makes sense to feature at the Summit. Are there any opportunities for me?

Yes! There are opportunities to underwrite certain parts of the Summit, from session recordings to speaker honorariums to venue fees. These donations are invaluable, helping us create a sustainable event that is available at an affordable ticket price. In addition, we have a scholarship program for ministry leaders who would benefit from the Summit but don’t have the margin in their budget to attend. We are always accepting contributions to the scholarship fund. Any unused scholarship funds are rolled over to the next year. Are there opportunities to teach breakout sessions at the Summit?

Yes, we have limited breakout session slots available. Please fill out this form to submit a breakout session proposal for consideration. Breakout session speakers are eligible for a $150 discount on an exhibit hall booth, subject to availability.

What’s the difference between sponsoring and exhibiting?

Sponsorship, in addition to including an exhibit booth, comes with a package of promotion, visibility, and engagement benefits.

Exhibition is simply a booth in the exhibit hall, with no additional promotion perks.

When is the Exhibit Hall Open?

The Exhibit Hall schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, April 22: 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. We will have an event in the exhibit hall, “Exhibitors and Ice Cream”, at 7 p.m. that night to give focused time for attendees to engage with exhibitors.
Thursday, April 23: 8 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Exhibitors may load out at this time if they would like.
Friday, April 24: 8 a.m. -12 p.m. for any remaining exhibitors.

When is Exhibitor load-in and load-out?

Exhibitor load-in is Wednesday, April 22nd, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The Exhibit hall officially closes on Thursday, April 23rd, at 1:30 p.m., with load-out immediately following. However, exhibitors are welcome to stay and leave their booth displays up through the end of the conference on Friday, April 24, at 12 p.m. If other exhibitors have vacated their spaces at that point, you’re even welcome to move your booth display to a different location!
