It covers foundational concepts from the experience of seasoned poverty fighters and shows their origin in Scripture. This session is for any Christian – regardless of their occupation or role – and will cover: \n\nThe true nature and root causes of poverty\nThe responsibility of everyone in the Church to be actively involved in service to the poor\nThe Biblical mandate for service in a discerning way that empowers people and doesn’t amplify root problems\nThe importance of honestly assessing the impact of our efforts\n\nGood intentions are not enough.
